Deep beneath our everyday awareness, we all have an undiscovered self who is the creative, animating and healing inner life-force behind our intuition, imagination and dreams. It is through learning to attune to the embodied wisdom of our undiscovered self that we can experience this deeper level of reality as an expansive cosmological web in which everything and everyone is connected. In this way, we can create the necessary conditions for living more fully, authentically and meaningfully.

Write Your Undiscovered Self is a five-week programme grounded in Jungian psychology where you will learn how writing & imagination can be used to support transformative growth.

  • Who is it for?

    • Writers and creative practitioners who are interested in deepening their practice.

    • Therapeutic practitioners and those with experience of therapy who would like to extend their range.

    • Those curious about how writing and creativity can faciliate transformational growth.

    A note about care

Although depth writing is therapeutic, it's not therapy and so you are encouraged to:

    • Take responsibility for your own experience by working with the material at a level that feels right for you

    • Avoid over-disclosing any personal matter that is particularly private or painful.

    • Practice CARE - Confidentiality, Attention, Respect & Empathy - with others.

Each Depth Writing Seasonal Workshops is a chance to press pause on the business of life and come together with others to connect, reflect, share and write.

Every workshop is themed around the primal energy & archetypal symbolism associated with that month’s season, The workshops are a relaxed opportunity to reflect on your inner and outer life through the lens of a larger, renewing cycle of life, death and re-birth.

Just as yoga supports physical flexibility, a growing body of research shows that writing can be a highly effective tool to support psychological flexibility, explore our feelings and navigate our life experiences from a place of compassionate curiosity.
