Depth writing is a transformational writing practice grounded in Jungian psychology aimed at supporting self-discovery & nurturing creativity.
The upcoming depth writing workshops will be a chance to press pause on the busyness of life to reflect on your self experience with writing & imagination through the symbolism of Autumn.
The workshops will include specially designed guided writing prompts of between approximately 5 and 15 minutes and small group discussions. As the focus of depth writing is on process and what comes up in the writing, rather than craft, there will be no pressure to read anything out - although you’re welcome to if you’d like.
If you attend the online workshops, you will receive a recording & presentation slides after the event.
