Explore the seasons of your self experience through the symbolism of Spring with writing & imagination
Depth writing is a transformational writing practice grounded in Jungian psychology & neuroscience aimed at supporting self-discovery & nurturing your innate creativity.
The Spring depth writing workshops will be a chance to press pause on the busyness of life to reflect on your self experience through the season’s associations with beginnings and renewal with writing and imagination.
The workshops will include specially designed guided writing prompts of between approximately 5 and 15 minutes and small group discussions. As the focus of depth writing is on process and what comes up in the writing, rather than craft, there will be no pressure to read anything out - although you’re welcome to if you’d like.
If you attend the online workshops, you will receive a recording & presentation slides after the event.
